DESCRIPTION:
(from Travel Channel's press release, November 2013) "Resort Recon" (wt) with Shane Green: With the help of hidden cameras, hospitality consultant Shane Green uncovers problems buried right under owners' noses. Sitting in the control room, they watch multiple camera feeds as he exposes bad customer service, out-of-control guests and dysfunctional employee-owner dynamics. In doing so, Shane brings their problems to light, gives them an action-plan and checks in on their improvements. "Resort Recon" (wt) is greenlit for 13 one-hour episodes and is produced by RelativityREAL. |
