MALONES TEAM SEARCHES FOR A WEALTHY 72-YEAR-OLD JUROR WHOSE
DISAPPEARANCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF DELIBERATIONS RISKS CAUSING
A MISTRIAL, ON WITHOUT A TRACE, THURSDAY, NOV. 25
Trials -- The team searches for a rich 72-year-old murder trial juror whose disappearance could cause a mistrial if hes not found in time, on WITHOUT A TRACE, Thursday, Nov. 25 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. David Von Ancken directed the episode written by David H. Goodman.
Though the team initially suspects that the defendant may have orchestrated Peter Duseks disappearance as a means of forcing a mistrial, they soon wonder if Peter disappeared on his own since he tried to recuse himself with a note from his cardiologist the day after the defendant threatened a witness in the courtroom. Upon learning that Peter is a multi-millionaire who was in the process of adding someone to his will, they begin to suspect the widowers resentful adult son while also considering that Peter could have been kidnapped by someone seeking a hefty ransom.
