Wild gunfire from a "Miami Drive-By" leaves one bayside partygoer dead and the CSIs on the search for the killer. A rapper/fashion mogul with a lot of enemies, Deuce Deuce, hosted the party and admits to shooting back after the gunfire started. The evidence leads the team to one of Deuce's enemies, B Slick, who is arraigned and decides to defend himself. Now, as the CSIs race to find further evidence to put away the legal-minded and vicious criminal, Yelina's safety is put in jeopardy when it's discovered that she is keeping the 8-year-old witness to the shooting at her house and not even Horatio can protect her.
