"Lenny Scissorhands" - Sipowicz, Murphy and Clark investigate the shooting of a fellow police officer; Clark and Jones, now partners, investigate the beating death of a woman whose religious husband owns a jewelry store; Bale is shot in the course of a murder investigation, and Medavoy retires from the job, on "NYPD Blue" TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
