WHEN A KILLER ON DEATH ROW IS GIVEN A TEMPORARY STAY
OF EXECUTION, THE CSIs MUST REEXAMINE THE EVIDENCE IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE JUSTICE IS SERVED, ON "CSI: MIAMI," MONDAY, MAY 16
Eric Roberts ("Less Than Perfect") Guest Stars as the Death Row Inmate
"Whacked" -- The CSIs must reexamine the evidence on a double homicide after the accused man is given a temporary stay of execution, on CSI: MIAMI, Monday, May 16 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Scott Lautanen directed the episode written by Ann Donahue, one of the series' executive producers and Supervising Producer Elizabeth Devine.
Eric Roberts ("Less Than Perfect") guest stars as Ken Kramer, the death row inmate whose execution is given a last minute stay.
A killer on death row is given a stay of execution just moments before it was to take place, on the grounds that there may have been tainted DNA analysis used at his trial. Now, without using any DNA evidence, the team must race against time and reexamine all of the physical evidence in the case, just as they get a call on a new double murder that looks suspiciously like the case they're working on.
