Thrust together again, Tom and Kira quickly learn that they still have feelings for each other and break the number one rule of A&R reps -- never sleep with one of your artists. However, as Tom struggles to get her band on "Late Show with David Letterman," their newly rekindled romance threatens to tear the band apart. Meanwhile, the guys must help Mike deal with his jealousy of Karen's former lover.
