�What About Brian� Airs in its Regular Time Period Monday, April 17

All of Brian�s friends have paired off -- the just-married Nic and Angelo, the seemingly happily married Dave and Deena and the newly-engaged Marjorie and Adam. Of this close-knit group of friends, everyone else appears to have found their soulmate, while Brian has emerged as the last bachelor standing, on �What about Brian,� a new drama series about a group of supportive friends in various stages of romantic relationships and friendships living in Los Angeles. �What About Brian� premieres in a special preview, SUNDAY, APRIL 16 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network, and moves to its regular time period Monday, April 17 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET).

At 34, regardless of his run of bad luck in matters of the heart, Brian still holds out hope that one day he�ll open the door and be blinded by love. However questions about his fate have been popping up more frequently in his head. The most pressing question is � and it�s one that only he can answer -- could all of his problems stem from the fact that he is harboring a crush on the picture-perfect Marjorie, his best friend�s girl?

In the premiere episode, �Pilot,� Brian considers ending another dead-end relationship with his latest girlfriend. He makes a pact with Adam, his best friend since childhood, that they both break up with their respective girlfriends. But after Brian breaks up with his latest love, Adam chickens out and instead proposes to his girlfriend, Marjorie, whom Brian actually considers his own Miss Right -- a secret that he must keep to himself. Meanwhile Dave, who runs a video game business with Brian called Zap Monkey, and his stay-at-home wife of 13 years, Deena, discuss a possible venture into the world of open marriage. Brian�s fortysomething sister, Nic, and her younger husband, Angelo, are trying hard to start a family, but something�s not right and their efforts to get pregnant experience a setback. Despite all of the challenges these couples face, they can�t wait for Brian to join their �club,� though they�re not exactly sure why.

�What About Brian� stars Barry Watson as Brian, Matthew Davis as Adam, Sarah Lancaster as Marjorie, Rick Gomez as Dave, Amanda Detmer as Deena, Rosanna Arquette as Nic and Raoul Bova as Angelo.

Guest starring are Amy Jo Johnson as Karen (car girl), Daniel Bess as Steve, Jud Tylor as Lisa, Courtney Mun as babysitter, Emily Liu as passing woman doctor, Charles Walker as doctor, Greg Grunberg as Samaritan driver, Nelson Mashita as mattress salesman, Mikaila Baumel as Larissa and Payton Spencer as Geneva.
