TOUGH LOVE; NORM MACDONALD GUEST STARS - After the unexpected death of Richard Chubby - the most powerful man in Camden - the crueler and meaner Little Chubby (guest star Norm MacDonald, "Saturday Night Live," "Billy Madison") comes back to town to take over the family business.
