HANGING ON TO OUR YOUTH� When William (Reggie Hayes) begins to feel that he is not respected at work he considers leaving the firm, and Monica (Keesha Sharp) freaks out thinking that he won't be able to support her and their new baby. Meanwhile, Maya (Golden Brooks) is approached by a neighbor to write a column for the neighborhood newsletter, and Joan (Tracee Ellis Ross) gets offended when Lynn (Persia White) doesn't like her housewarming gift.
