John Aylward ("ER") guest stars as the father of the missing foreman.

Asserting his innocence in the missing Jason Turner's disappearance, the newly laid-off Earl Dooley tells the agents that Jason gained many enemies during the recent wide-spread lay-offs at the plant. The team also learns that Jason was trying to reconcile with his former fianc�e, which leads them to wonder if Jason might have found trouble by getting between his ex-fianc�e and a possible new man in her life. Meanwhile, Elena continues to have custody-related problems with her daughter's father, Carlos, who is irate at discovering that his old friend Danny is involved with Elena.
