THE TEAMS CATER AN EVENT AT A MUSEUM - In the "Big White Challenge," the remaining two teams are taken to a museum where they are asked to take inspiration from an art gallery and cater an event for uptown socialites and secret food critic Danyelle Freeman from the NY Daily News. The winning team gets to choose which of the two restaurants they want to make over for the finale. During the second challenge, the two teams return to their restaurants and find them completely torn down�each team has to completely remake the restaurant for a grand re-opening in just three days.
