"Sanctuary" - In the first hour of the two-hour Season 6 finale, a disgruntled man who lost his wife on a Seattle Grace surgical table does the unthinkable and goes on a shooting spree, killing or near-fatally injuring doctors, including Derek Shepherd. In the second hour, "Death and All His Friends," Cristina and a newly-pregnant Meredith must save the lives of one another's significant others when both Derek and Owen are shot by the gunman. Lexie and Mark struggle to save Alex, found shot and dying in the hospital elevator, as Bailey and her patient, Mary, comfort Charles in his last moments. At the same time, Callie and Arizona put aside their personal differences to protect the children's ward and each other. "Grey's Anatomy" airs THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
