FRANKIE TRIES TO MAKE THE GRADE WHEN BRICK STARTS UNDERPERFORMING

TO TEST THEIR OWN MATH SKILLS, ON ABC'S "THE MIDDLE"

Returns as Brick's Teacher, Ms. Rinsky
"The Math Class" - Frankie once again goes head to head with Brick's third grade teacher,
Ms. Rinsky (Doris Roberts), when Brick gets a D on his math test and Frankie thinks poor teaching skills are to blame. But Frankie wonders whether or not she can make the grade when Ms. Rinsky requires that she and Mike attend a class to test their own math skills. Meanwhile, while begrudgingly watching over their crusty, old aunts, Axl and Sue mull over a plan to accompany Aunt Edie on a search for a time capsule she buried when she was young, on "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue, Atticus Shaffer as Brick and Chris Kattan as Bob.
Guest starring are Doris Roberts as Ms. Rinsky, Jeanette Miller as Aunt Edie, Frances Bay as Aunt Ginny, Mary-Pat Green as Principal Larimer, Jessica Randle as receptionist, Eva Simone Fisher as secretary and Ron E. Dickinson as homeowner.
"The Math Class" was written by Jana Hunter & Mitch Hunter and directed by Alex Reid.
"The Middle" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
