TROUBLE WHEN HE FALLS SHORT OF BOW'S EXPECTATIONS, ON "black-ish"
"Colored Commentary" - Dre wants the family to feel more connected so he encourages "Team Johnson" to embrace what it means to have each other's backs. But Dre creates trouble for himself when he falls short of Bow's expectations. Meanwhile, Bow and Dre invoke "Team Johnson" and put the less-than-enthusiastic Zoey and Andre Jr. in charge of babysitting the twins, on "black-ish," WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3 (9:31-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
"black-ish" stars Anthony Anderson as Andre "Dre" Johnson, Tracee Ellis Ross as Rainbow Johnson, Yara Shahidi as Zoey Johnson, Marcus Scribner as Andre Johnson, Jr., Miles Brown as Jack Johnson, Marsai Martin as Diane Johnson and special guest star, Laurence Fishburne.
Guest starring are Peter MacKenzie as Mr. Stevens, Jeff Meacham as Josh, Mandy Levin as Sydney Martin, Kimberley Crossman as Tawny, Martin Garcia as museum honcho, Christopher Carroll as butler/Winston, Ken Jenkins as announcer/Bernie, Brandon Gibson as Adam, and Michael Nanfria as Kevin.
"Colored Commentary" was written by Yvette Lee Bowser and directed by Ken Whittingham.
"black-ish" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
