THIS WEEK ON 'BOSTON EMS'
AN AMBULANCE CREW IS CALLED TO A CRIME SCENE THAT IS BOTH SHOCKING AND MYSTERIOUS
'Boston EMS' Continues Saturday, August 13, on ABC
Currently in its second season, "Boston EMS" gives viewers the chance to ride along with the proud men and women of Boston Emergency Medical Services, one of America's most seasoned team of first responders: the first step in the chain of trauma care. "Boston EMS" continues SATURDAY, AUGUST 13 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.
In episode three, an urgent 911 call summons the EMS to the tough Dorchester neighborhood where two gunshot victims are lying severely wounded in the middle of a snowy street. Across town, paramedic Beth Rimas comforts a young mother whose 2-year old is having a febrile seizure. This situation hits close to home for Beth, as her own son suffers from the same condition.
Also in this episode, Deputy Supt. Ed Hassan responds to a suspicious package left outside a daycare. As the bomb squad assesses the threat, Hassan can't help but get emotional while talking about the events he witnessed when the Boston Marathon was bombed.
Terence Wrong is the executive producer of "Boston EMS," and Erica Baumgart is the senior producer. Andy Genovese, Aysu Grodowski, Monica DelaRosa and Sarah Namias are series producers. Emily Wynn and Carly Stipek are field producers. "Boston EMS" is produced by ABC's Lincoln Square Productions for ABC News.
