FOUR PRETTY PRINCESSES KNOW THEY'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES ON
AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF 'THE LETTER,' AIRING NOVEMBER 8, ON FREEFORM
Zelda Williams ('Dead of Summer') Narrates
Friends since grade school, four delicious divas know they've got it going on, but realize there is still a need for improvement, so they agree to take The Letter challenge, on an all-new episode of "The Letter," airing TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EST), on Freeform.
In the episode titled "Pretty Princesses," four beautiful besties from Maryland decide to take The Letter challenge. They will each draw names and anonymously write a letter to the selected person outlining their opinion of what behavior or actions need to change. Will baring themselves to their friends bond them or leave them feeling vulnerable?
· Kelsey is the pop princess of the group. While she spends a lot of time in a recording studio, she won't actually perform for her friends. They want her to put in the time and hard work it takes to make it in the music industry and actually try to make it as a singer.
· Kyler, a model, describes herself as "an ongoing party." She goes to the best social events and travels all over, but the girls feel like she acts entitled and needs to learn hard work and take her career more seriously.
· Vixen Natalie loves to dress sexy and be outrageous, which goes against the sweet, centered track runner she used to be. Her friends wish she'd stop obsessing about her looks, and spend more time helping others and rediscover her passion for athletics.
· Lisa is the passive one of the group who is always too willing to help people out even if they take advantage of her. She must learn to stand up for herself and set limits.
When each friend receives their letter, they are required to follow all of the letter's instructions for one week. Kelsey must go to a park and sing for her supper; Kyler has to cancel all social engagements to go work on a farm; Natalie is only allowed to wear certain clothes and meet with another track runner; and Lisa must take boxing lessons and demand respect.
"The Letter" is a bold, new relationship show that asks the simple question: "If you could anonymously tell your best friend in a letter the things that he or she really needed to hear, would you do it?" In each stand-alone episode, four friends draw names and anonymously write to the selected person a thoughtful, yet totally honest letter outlining their opinion of what needs to be changed in order to improve and transform their friend's life for the better. For one week, each "reader" must follow all the rules and instructions outlined in the letter - culminating in a dramatic and emotionally charged meeting where the authors of each letter reveal themselves to their best friends. The series is narrated by actress Zelda Williams ("Dead of Summer").
"The Letter" is produced by Sirens Media, part of Leftfield Entertainment, an ITV America company. Executive producers for Sirens Media are Rebecca Toth Diefenbach, Valerie Haselton, Lucilla D'Agostino, Jack Mori and Arthur Borman. Zelda Williams serves as producer.
