JANE'S SEARCH FOR LAKE REACHES A CLIMAX, WHILE ALI GETS INTO A SITUATION WITH PJ, ON ABC'S 'TEN DAYS IN THE VALLEY'

"Day 8: Against Type" - Jane's search for Lake reaches a climax. Meanwhile, Ali finds herself in an unexpected situation with PJ, Jane's drug dealer, on the "Day 8: Against Type" episode of "Ten Days in the Valley," SATURDAY, DEC. 30 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC, streaming and on demand.

The series stars Emmy(R) Award-winning actress Kyra Sedgwick as Jane Sadler, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Detective Bird, Erika Christensen as Ali, Kick Gurry as Pete, Felix Solis as Gomez, Josh Randall as Tom, Malcolm-Jamal Warner as Matt, Francois Battiste as Gus and Abigail Pniowsky as Lake.

Guest cast: Beth Triffon as Mackenzie, Mark L. Young as PJ, Lucas Near-Verbrugghe as Detective Buddy, Theo Pagones as Detective Bezic and Carlos Sanz as Christopher Gomez.

"Day 8: Against Type" was written by Marsha Greene & Chris Roberts and directed by Bethany Rooney.

The series, from Skydance Television's Uncharted label, was created and written by Tassie Cameron ("Mary Kills People," "Rookie Blue") and executive produced by Cameron, Kyra Sedgwick, Jill Littman, Sherry White, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Marcy Ross. Lionsgate oversees international distribution.

"Ten Days in the Valley" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
