THE JOURNEY TO FIND THE NEXT SUPERSTAR CONTINUES AS CONTESTANTS BATTLE IT OUT AT HOLLYWOOD WEEK, THIS WEEK ON ABC'S 'AMERICAN IDOL'

"107 (Hollywood Week)" - "American Idol" contestants continue to vie for their chance at stardom while in the heart of Los Angeles, as the search for America's next superstar continues on its new home on America's network, The ABC Television Network, SUNDAY, APRIL 1 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), streaming and on demand. In this second episode of Hollywood Week, Idol hopefuls from across the country gather at the Dolby Theatre(R) at Hollywood & Highland Center(R) in Hollywood to battle it out in solo performances, singing their hearts out in hopes of making it through to the Showcase Round.

Helping to determine who America will ultimately vote for to become the next singing sensation are music industry forces and superstar judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. Emmy(R) Award-winning host and producer Ryan Seacrest returns as host of the beloved series.

"American Idol" is produced by FremantleMedia North America and CORE Media Group's 19 Entertainment.
