"48 HOURS" REPORTS ON THE MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF A MICHIGAN BUSINESSWOMAN IN "THE 'NO BODY' CASE OF DEE WARNER"

Saturday, Feb. 1 at 10:00 PM, ET/PT

For three years, Dee Warner, a Michigan mother and businesswoman, was missing and presumed dead. Her family was convinced she was murdered, but they knew that without a body or physical evidence, it would be difficult to prove. Correspondent Erin Moriarty and 48 HOURS report on the story in "The 'No Body' Case of Dee Warner," to be broadcast Saturday, Feb. 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+.

In 2021, Dee Warner's daughter, Rikkell Bock, visited the family farm in Lenawee County, Mich., only to discover her mother was gone. Dee Warner's husband, Dale Warner, told her family and police he last saw her early that morning before heading out to work in the fields. Members of Dee Warner's family tell 48 HOURS they soon grew suspicious of Dale Warner.

Dale Warner repeatedly denied harming his wife to police. He maintained he was out farming the morning she disappeared, and security footage showed him out using a sprayer. He also consented to have his properties searched and spoke willingly to police.

Despite extensive searches, police found no sign of Dee Warner. Frustrated by what he saw as a lack of progress, Dee Warner's brother and sister-in-law asked private investigator Billy Little to help shake things up.

"Maybe you'll find the body, maybe you won't," Little told Moriarty. "But don't sit around waiting for Santa Claus to come. You've got to solve this case."

48 HOURS explores the mystery that began with no body, only to reveal a truth hidden in plain sight.

And at 9:00 PM, ET/PT, contributor Jericka Duncan reports on a woman accused of killing her good friend by poisoning her with eye drops, in an encore of 48 HOURS: "Death by Eye Drops."
