Veterans Join Executive Producer Amy Rosenblum On New Series
Home Delivery Sold In Over 90% of U.S. For Sept. 13 Debut
NEW YORK -- September 8, 2004 �- Veteran daytime talk show producers Marc Victor and Paul Faulhaber have been named co-executive producers of the new NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution daytime series, HOME DELIVERY, it was announced today by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution Senior Vice President of Programming Linda Finnell and HOME DELIVERY'S Executive Producer Amy Rosenblum.
HOME DELIVERY, which has been sold in over 90% of the country, is set to debut in national syndication on Monday, Sept. 13. Faulhaber and Victor also serve as co-executive producers of NBC Universal's hit talk show MAURY. Rosenblum is the executive producer of MAURY.
"Marc and Paul bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of daytime storytelling to the show," says Finnell. "Together with Amy, they're a great team to lead HOME DELIVERY to a successful run."
Rosenblum added, "Paul and Marc's leadership abilities and terrific producing skills have been an integral part of MAURY's success. As we now forge ahead on our new venture, HOME DELIVERY, I couldn't ask for two more talented individuals to help me launch an exciting new television program."
Prior to being named co-executive producer of MAURY in 2002, Faulhaber had served as MAURY's senior supervising producer and has been with MAURY since the show premiered in September 1998. Victor was recently named co-executive producer of MAURY. Previously, he was the show's senior producer, a position he held when he joined the show in 1999.
Prior to MAURY, Faulhaber was a producer at Gayle King during the show's run from 1997-98. Before that, he was a producer for The Montel Williams Show and spent three years as a producer at The Gordon Elliot Show from 1994-1997. Faulhaber began his television career in 1991 at Montel, where he started in the research department and then moved on to become an associate producer.
Prior to MAURY, Victor was a coordinating producer at Jenny Jones from 1996-1999. Before that, he served in production capacities at other daytime talk shows including Carnie and The Gordon Elliot Show. His talk career started in 1993 when he was the travel coordinator at The Montel Williams Show. He began his broadcasting career at ABC Sports' Monday Night Football as a production assistant.
HOME DELIVERY is part talk show, part reality show and part makeover show, with surprise elements thrown in. Told in a way that has never before been featured in daytime television, the stories on HOME DELIVERY will not be like any conventional talk or reality program. All episodes are taped on-location. There is no studio audience; it is real lives, real people and real emotion told in an unfiltered way by way of four co-hosts.
HOME DELIVERY is hosted by Sukanya Krishnan, Egypt, Stephanie Lydecker and John Sencio, who will be on-location to complete the life-changing moments the show delivers each day. Krishnan, a television reporter and anchor from New York, brings her years of journalism experience to each story; Egypt, an award-winning, top-rated radio personality has also appeared on many television shows and specials; S Lydecker has appeared in theatre, television and comedy. Rounding out the team is Sencio, an MTV veteran who has interviewed some of the biggest names in the entertainment business.
