HALLMARK CHANNEL ADDED TO JETBLUE AIRWAYS IN-FLIGHT
ENTERTAINMENT OFFERINGS
Network�s Family-Friendly Entertainment Now Available at 30,000 Feet on
Airline�s DIRECTV� Programming Line-up
Hallmark Channel announced today it is now available to travelers of JetBlue
Airways [Nasdaq: JBLU], as part of the low-cost carrier�s expanded DIRECTV� in-flight
programming line-up. The deal brings the network�s quality, family-friendly programming
to JetBlue�s entire fleet, and marks the first time Hallmark Channel will be carried on an
airline�s in-flight entertainment line-up. The announcement was made by Paul
FitzPatrick, EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Crown Media Holdings and Hallmark
Channel and Janice Arouh, SVP of Network Distribution and Service, Hallmark Channel.

Hallmark Channel is a 24-hour basic cable channel that provides high-quality,
entertainment programming to a national audience of more than 64 million subscribers.
The program service is distributed through nearly 4,500 cable systems and communities
and direct-to-home satellite services across the country. Crown Media Holdings, Inc.
(NASDAQ: CRWN) owns and operates Hallmark Channel, which, in addition to the U.S.,
is distributed worldwide to more than 122 countries. The combined channels reach
more than 116 million subscribers globally. In January 2004, Crown launched its first
digital service, the Hallmark Movie Channel, which is its second 24-hour linear channel.

JetBlue is a low-fare, low-cost passenger airline, which provides high-quality
customer service. JetBlue operates a fleet of 64 new Airbus A320 aircraft and plans to
add another five A320s to its fleet in 2004. The airline has 100 Embraer E190 aircraft on
order with options for an additional 100 with deliveries scheduled to begin in mid 2005.
