JENNIFER ORM� JOINS UPN AS DIRECTOR, ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMS
UPN announced today that Jennifer Orm� has joined the Network as Director, Alternative Programs, reporting to Larry Barron, Vice President, Alternative Programs.
In her new role, Orm� will be involved with the development of new reality and alternative programs for UPN and overseeing the production of the Network's current slate of alternative series, including the upcoming R U THE GIRL WITH T-BOZ AND CHILLI as well as future cycles of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL.
Joining UPN with vast experience in production, Orm� was most recently a consultant on UPN's fourth cycle of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. She was also a producer during the first cycle of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. She previously served as a producer on Fox's "Paradise Hotel." Orm� was also story editor on the first season of "Fear Factor."
Orm� spent five years in production for MTV, where she was a producer on "DisMissed" (seasons six and seven), "Kidnapped," "The Road Home: Lenny Kravitz" and "The Road Home: Blink-182." She also served as a co-producer on "True Life, I'm An Actress" and as associate producer on "The Road Home: Goo Goo Dolls" and "BIOrhythm: Lenny Kravitz." During her tenure at MTV, she was also senior associate producer on VH-1's "The List" and associate producer on "Behind the Music: Duran Duran" and "Behind the Music: Sting."
Orm� earned her bachelor of arts degree in mass communication from the University of California, Los Angeles.
