EMPIRE FALLS (HBO) - 1.9 million viewers on average tuned into the pay channel's two-part mini-series this past weekend. 1.7 million watched Saturday's initial installment with 2.1 million catching Sunday's conclusion. A repeat of part one on Sunday also yielded 1.0 million viewers.

FAITH OF MY FATHERS (A&E) - The John McCain biopic drew 3.7 million viewers for its premiere on Memorial Day. Said numbers mark A&E's most-watched broadcast in over a year.

HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME (NBC) - The Peacock has confirmed the three-week reality competition (which premieres tonight) will get a second run on its cable sibling Bravo. The premiere episode will repeat Sunday, June 5 at 12:00 a.m. eastern with additional airings on Wednesday, June 8 at 11:00/10:00c and Thursday, June 9 at 5:00/4:00c. Episodes two and three will follow said pattern with encores on Wednesday at 11:00/10:00c and Thursday at 5:00/4:00c the week after its initial broadcast on NBC.

MURDER BOOK (FOX) - Writer/producers Chris Brancato and Bert Salke have inked a two-year, seven-figure overall deal with Touchstone Television. Said development marks the end of the pair's two-year stay at 20th Century Fox Television, where they created FOX's drama pilot "Murder Book" this past development cycle. The Touchstone pact calls for the duo to develop new projects for the studio under their self-titled Brancato/Salke production banner as well as potentially shepherd some of Touchstone's existing projects.

OLD CHRISTINE (CBS) - The Eye has picked up the Julia Louis-Dreyfus-led comedy pilot for a midseason order of 13 episodes (including the pilot). Said development, a formal announcement of which is expected as early as tomorrow, marks the first post-upfront series order by one of the broadcast networks (not to mention Warner Bros. Television's 15th pilot to get a series order this season). Louis-Dreyfus plays a single mom and businesswoman trying to raise her son (Trevor Gagnon) while dealing with her ex-husband's (Clark Gregg) new girlfriend (Emily Rutherfurd), who also happens to be named Christine. Hamash Linklatter also stars as the brother of Louis-Dreyfus's character. CBS had been in talks with producer Warner Bros. Television to pick up the series prior to the network's upfront however industry insiders say haggling over the number of episodes held up negotiations. Kari Lizer created "Christine" and will executive produce the series.
