Adult Swim Charts 16 Weeks #1 in Basic Cable Delivery of Adults 18-24, 10 Straight Weeks #1 with Adults 18-34

Adult Swim dominated ad-supported basic cable once more to rank #1 for the week among all key young adult demos�adults 18-34, adults 18-24, men 18-34 and men 18-24�according to Nielsen Media Research. Out-performing the same time periods last year when Adult Swim appeared as a block on Cartoon Network, the late-night adult-targeted service now claims 15 of the last 16 weeks with adults 18-34, and 16 straight weeks for adults 18-24, men 18-34 and men 18-24. Adult Swim also ranked #4 among all ad-supported basic cable networks for the week in total day delivery of adults 18-49.
Highlights of Adult Swim�s weekly performance include the following:
ADULT SWIM (Monday-Thursday, Saturday-Sunday, 11 p.m.-6 a.m.)
- Adults 18-34 delivery totaled 435,000, with an average 0.7 rating.
- Adults 18-24 delivery totaled 253,000, with an average 0.9 rating.
- Men 18-34 delivery totaled 255,000, with an average 0.8 rating.
- Men 18-24 delivery totaled 152,000, with an average 1.1 rating.
- Adults 18-49 delivery totaled 577,000, with an average 0.4 rating.
With its individual programs, Adult Swim scored 17 of the top 50 programs of the week for adults 18-34 among all ad-supported basic cable, and three of the top 10, more than any other network. Standout series included off-net acquisitions Futurama (#5, #15, #17) and Family Guy (#6-7, #12-13, #16, #20, #22), as well as original series Robot Chicken (#25-26, #32) and Aqua Teen Hunger Force (#30, #35, #46, #50).
