NEW YORK, September 19, 2005 ? Vegas, Baby! Sin City was the backdrop for COMEDY CENTRAL's first feature length comedy film, "Dave Attell's Insomniac Tour Presents Sean Rouse, Greg Giraldo and Dane Cook." Late-night legend Dave Attell and his Insomniac Tour rolled into Vegas and COMEDY CENTRAL's cameras caught all the action. The two hour stand-up comedy movie, sponsored by Bud Light and T-Mobile will premiere on Sunday, October 2 at 9:00 p.m.
Comedian Dave Attell hit the road and brought his friends along for an exhilarating stand-up comedy tour called COMEDY CENTRAL LIVE Presents Dave Attell: The Insomniac Tour which traveled to more than 35 cities nationwide. For his final gigs, Attell cruised into Vegas with Cook, Giraldo and Rouse for performances on July 2 and 3 at The House of Blues that were shot and produced as a feature length concert film. Viewers will be treated to the comedic genius of four of the top comedians working today. In addition to their stand-up, COMEDY CENTRAL will take you on wild ride while touring the city of Las Vegas with Attell and his friends.
For a first-look at the movie before it premieres on-air, viewers can log onto comedycentral.com to preview exclusive clips and backstage footage from Vegas. Users will also get a glimpse into life on tour; in the "The Road To Vegas" video which follows Attell, Rouse, Giraldo and Cook on the road in the tour bus and performing at the shows leading up to their big gig in Vegas.
