Donald and Melania Trump Guest Star
NEW YORK - October 4, 2005 - NBC's "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" greets its new timeslot, Wednesdays at 9 pm ET/PT, with wedding bells and the birth of a baby. Tomorrow night's episode begins with an emotional punch as one candidate receives the joyous news that his wife had just delivered a baby. After choosing to remain in the competition and dedicate his quest to the newborn, Martha Stewart introduces the fourteen remaining candidates to the multi-billion dollar wedding business.
Candidates must design and bake an original wedding cake working alongside accomplished chefs at The Culinary Arts Institute. After transporting the cake to the Michael C. Fina Bridal Expo, each team attempts to sell as many cakes as possible. One team has difficulty with their sales pitch and one project manager lashes out against his team revealing a fiery temper.
Donald and Melania Trump celebrate with the winning team at Jean Georges with a six- course dessert tasting extravaganza. This reward is particularly special to one candidate who reveals his crush on Melania.
