CYNTHIA NIXON MAKES A "HOUSE" CALL THIS DECEMEBER ON FOX
Emmy winner and "Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon will guest on an upcoming episode of FOX's Emmy Award-winning HOUSE. The episode is slated to air in December on FOX.
Nixon will play a sharp-witted patient who suffers from a mysterious seizure and goes toe-to-toe with Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie), while he and his team try to discover the source of her ailment.
HOUSE, which recently won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, stars Laurie as an infectious disease specialist and brilliant diagnostician who thrives on the challenge of solving impossible medical mysteries, yet will do anything to avoid actual contact with his patients. Now in its second season, the critically acclaimed drama series debuted to huge numbers in its season premiere, winning both the night and its time slot and delivering a 5.9/15 in the key 18-49 demo, up 119% from its November 2004 series debut. HOUSE returns with all-new episodes Tuesday, Nov. 1 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
HOUSE is from Heel and Toe Films, Shore Z Productions and Bad Hat Harry Productions in association with NBC Universal Television Studio. Katie Jacobs, Paul Attanasio, David Shore and Bryan Singer are executive producers.
