NCIS was last night's most watched program, moving ahead of ABC's "Commander In Chief," according to final national Nielsen ratings for Oct. 11.
At 8:00 PM, NCIS was first in households (10.9/16), viewers (16.78m), adults 25-54 (5.9/14) and adults 18-49 (4.1/11) for the fourth consecutive week. NCIS moved ahead of "Commander In Chief" (16.23m) as the night's most watched program.
This is NCIS's best delivery ever in households, matches the best delivery ever in adults 25-54 and posts the second best delivery in adults 18-49 and viewers -- both behind last week's record setting ratings.
THE AMAZING RACE: FAMILY EDITION (6.9/10, 10.95m) at 9:00 PM was second in adults 25-54 (5.2/11, -0.1 behind NBC), adults 18-34 (3.1/09) and third in adults 18-49 (4.3/10). Compared to last week's broadcast, THE AMAZING RACE retained 100% of its adults 18-34 and adults 18-49 ratings and was up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 5.1/11).
The second broadcast of CLOSE TO HOME (6.9/11, 10.11m) was up +3% in both adults 25-54 (4.1/10 from 4.0/09) and adults 18-49 (3.4/09 from 3.3/08) from last week's premiere.
For the night, CBS was first in households (8.2/13), viewers (12.62m), second in adults 18-49 (3.9/10) and adults 25-54 (5.1/12, -0.1 behind NBC).
