SHANIA TWAIN GUEST STARS ON NBC'S "THE APPRENTICE" (NOVEMBER 24, 9-11 PM ET/PT)
NBC To Broadcast "The Apprentice" Finale Live at Lincoln Center, Thursday, December 15, 9-11PM ET
NEW YORK -- November 22, 2005 -- Shania Twain guest stars on NBC's "The Apprentice," as five candidates remain and one team gets ruthless (Thurs., Nov. 24, 9-11 pm ET/PT). This all leads up to "The Apprentice" live season finale, Thursday, December 15 from 9-11pm ET. The two-hour finale will be broadcast live at Lincoln Center and will feature the conclusion of the final two tasks, a cast reunion and ultimately the live boardroom hiring of Trump's newest employee who will receive a $250,000 'apprenticeship.'
On this week's "Apprentice," Donald Trump delivers the task -- each team must create a call-in campaign to promote the "Shania by Stetson" fragrance by using the advertising technique of "wrapping." Whoever gets the most calls to its 800 number wins. Season one "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic steps in to replace George Ross this week.
One team sabotages their competition after getting wind of their plans. In one of the closest boardroom wins ever, the winning team beats out their competition by a mere five calls. The winners saddle up and share a dinner with world-famous country music star Shania Twain as the losing team heads into the boardroom to determine the final four.
