LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- The WB has quietly revised its launch plans for the second season of "Beauty and the Geek" as well as given a return date for "Living With Fran."
"Geek's" sophomore run will now kick off with a one-hour casting special on Wednesday, January 11 at 9:00/8:00c with the season itself bowing as previously announced on Thursday, January 12 at 9:00/8:00c.
Then on Friday, January 13 look for "Living With Fran" to rejoin the lineup at 8:30/7:30c. Initially, the WB had planned to run encores of "Geek" in the Friday, 8:00/7:00c hour, sending "What I Like About You" on hiatus until March. "What I Like About You" instead will remain at 8:00/7:00c with "Fran" at 8:30/7:30c, "Reba" at 9:00/8:00c and "Twins" at 9:30/8:30c.
