CBS placed first in viewers for the 16th time in 17 weeks and also placed first in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with its second highest ratings of the season in both key demographics, in the week ending Jan. 15, week 17 of the 2005-2006 television season.
For the week in viewers, CBS (14.88m) led ABC (11.72m), FOX (10.25m) and NBC (9.15m). Season-to-date, CBS (13.06m) leads, followed by ABC (10.95m), NBC (9.09m) and FOX (7.93m).
For the week in households, CBS (9.5/15) was +27% ahead of ABC (7.5/12), +48% ahead of FOX (6.4/10) and +58% ahead of NBC (6.0/09). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (8.4/14), outpacing ABC by +20% (7.0/11), NBC by +40% (6.0/10) and FOX by +68% (5.0/08).
For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in both adults 25-54 (5.6/13) and adults 18-49 (4.5/12). This is CBS's second best adults 18-49 weekly delivery this season (-0.1 behind the week ending 11/20/04) and matches the second best weekly delivery in adults 25-54 (with the week ending 11/13/04 and -0.1 behind the week ending 11/20/04). Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (4.0/11).

� THE KING OF QUEENS won its time period in households (7.9/12), viewers (12.11m), adults 18-49 (4.1/11) and adults 25-54 (4.9/12). This is the second best delivery this season of a first run THE KING OF QUEENS in viewers, adults 18-34 (3.1/10), adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
� HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was second in households (7.5/11), viewers (11.49m), adults 25-54 (5.0/11) and adults 18-49 (4.2/11). This is the second best first run delivery of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER in viewers, adults 18-34 (3.3/10), adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
� OUT OF PRACTICE was first in households (9.1/13), viewers (13.74m), adults 25-54 (5.9/13) and adults 18-49 (4.7/11). This is the second best delivery ever for a first run episode of OUT OF PRACTICE in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. OUT OF PRACTICE was the night's Number three program in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, behind CSI: MIAMI and TWO AND A HALF MEN.
� CSI: MIAMI won its time period in households (13.0/21), viewers (20.15m), adults 25-54 (8.3/19), adults 18-49 (6.6/17) and adults 18-34 (4.7/13). CSI: MIAMI beat NBC and ABC combined in viewers (vs. 17.63m, +14%) and adults 25-54 (vs. 8.0/19, +4%). CSI: MIAMI was the night's Number One program in households, viewers, adults 18-34, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
� CRIMINAL MINDS was second in households (10.3/15), viewers (15.92m), adults 25-54 (6.2/13) and adults 18-49 (4.8/11). This matches the best ever first run delivery of a Wednesday CRIMINAL MINDS in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, the second best households and viewer delivery. This episode also finishes in the closest competitive position with a first run episode of "Lost" in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

From 8:00-11:00pm, CBS posted the network's best Saturday primetime ratings in households, viewers and key demos since January 19, 2002, with the AFC DIVISIONAL PLAYOFFS SATURDAY ("Oakland Raiders vs. New England Patriots").
