Featuring a fresh line-up of some the network's hottest series, the new Sunday focus provides viewers with the perfect way to end the weekend! COMEDY CENTRAL's All New Sundays kicks off on July 9 at 9:00 p.m. with the premiere of "Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes," followed by all-new, second season episodes of "Mind of Mencia" at 10:00 p.m. and the fourth season premiere of "RENO 911!" at 10:30 p.m.
All Chappelle breaks loose as "Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes" starts off Sundays at 9:00 p.m. (with an encore presentation at 9:30 p.m.). Hosted by longtime "Chappelle's Show" collaborators and cast members Charlie Murphy and Donnell Rawlings, "Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes" features hilarious never-before-seen sketches including: Dave getting a big new contract and seeking revenge on all those who have wronged him; Dave screaming his way across the political campaign trail a la Howard Dean; and Dave's wild encounter with Gary Coleman. "Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes Uncensored'" DVD hits stores on July 25 featuring the three lost episodes and more than an hour's worth of bonus material from the third season.
"Chappelle's Show" was created by Dave Chappelle and Neal Brennan who, along with Michelle Armour, served as the executive producers. Lou Wallach is the executive in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL.
The evening continues with all new second season episodes of "Mind of Mencia" at 10:00 p.m. featuring the brutal honesty and unrelenting provocation of host Carlos Mencia. Back with a vengeance, the remaining second season episodes will include a music video by the "Sheik Rapper," Mencia's take on advertising and a special report from the streets of Los Angeles as Mencia attempts to find out what an America without immigrants would look like. Currently in its second season, "Mind of Mencia" is averaging over 2.1 million viewers (P2+) per episode and is COMEDY CENTRAL's second highest rated series of the year, behind only "South Park."
Credits for "Mind of Mencia" include Mencia, Robert Morton and Brian Hartt as executive producers with Lee Kernis and Tim Sarkes from Brillstein-Grey serving as producers. Zoe Friedman is the executive in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL.
All New Sundays wrap at 10:30 p.m. with the crime-fighting deputies of Reno, Nevada who are back on patrol for a fourth season of law and disorder with the first of seven consecutive weeks of original episodes. The fourth season debut resolves some life-threatening questions from last season's cliffhanger episode. Viewers find out if Lt. Dangle and Garcia froze to death, if Wiegel's serial killer husband gets a lethal injection and what in the world comedian Carrot Top is doing in Reno. Future episodes include Deputies Kimball and Johnson attending a Christian Karaoke singles mixer and Dangle accepting a wedding invitation. The new season features guest appearances by Carrot Top, Paul Reubens and Paul Rudd. "RENO 911! The Complete Second Season" DVD will be released on Tuesday, July 11.
Created by and starring Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Thomas Lennon, "RENO 911!" is produced by Jersey Television in association with COMEDY CENTRAL.
