Cartoon Network�s Summer-Long Programming Wraps Second Quarter with Double-Digit Increases in Key Demos

Cartoon Network�s summer programming schedule, which includes an original episode premiere every Monday-Saturday night at 7 p.m. from now until Labor Day, boosts second quarter ratings in key demos vs. the same time period last year, according to Nielsen Media Research. Kids� total day and prime also showed increases versus first quarter 2006.

In addition, on June 14 at 10 p.m. a new episode of original series Ben 10, about 12-year old Ben Tennyson and the universal adventures brought on by his seemingly ordinary wristwatch, claimed the number one spot in its time period over all other programming on both broadcast and cable with kids and boys ages 6-11 and 2-11. Popular original series Foster�s Home for Imaginary Friends also claimed the same status with four back-to back episodes that brought in more kids and boys ages 6-11 and 2-11 than any other program on both broadcast and cable during the same two-hour time period on May 26 beginning at 10 p.m.

Highlights of Cartoon Network�s second quarter �06 delivery and ratings performance include the following:

Cartoon Network�s new episode premieres at 7 p.m. vs. the same time period last year

� Kids 6-11 delivery (650,000) increased by 20% and ratings (2.7) by 23%

� Kids 2-11 delivery (902,000) grew by 9% and ratings (2.3) by 10%

� Tweens delivery (459,000) and ratings (1.9) increased by 19%

Cartoon Network Kids� Total Day (Monday-Sunday, 6 a.m. - 6 a.m.) vs. First Quarter 2006

� Kids 6-11 delivery (451,000) increased by 6% and ratings (1.9) by 6%

� Kids 2-11 delivery (691,000) grew by 3%

� Tweens delivery (319,000) increased by 5% and ratings (1.3) by 8%

Cartoon Network Prime Time (Monday-Sunday, 8-11 p.m.) vs. First Quarter 2006

� Kids 6-11 delivery (653,000) and ratings (2.7) grew by 4%

� Kids 2-11 delivery (940,000) by 2% and ratings (2.4) by 4%

� Tweens delivery (481,000) by 4% and ratings (2.0) by 5%
