GSN Presents a 'SUPER MILLIONAIRE' Labor Day Marathon
Excitement Hits an All-Time High as Contestants From Across the Country
Endeavor to Win $10,000,000
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 29 -- GSN is serving up a
super-sized "WHO WANTS TO BE A SUPER MILLIONAIRE?" marathon on Monday,
September 4 from 4:00 - 9:00 PM ET/PT. GSN will showcase five one-hour
episodes of the "WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE" spin-off hosted by Regis
Philbin.
The original "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" pits contestants against a
ticking clock and 15-questions with three lifelines, 50:50, Ask the
Audience, and Phone a Friend, to win $1 million. In the special SUPER
MILLIONAIRE, contestants earn two additional lifelines after correctly
answering the $100,000 question and the heart-pounding excitement
intensifies as competitors get closer to a final question worth a
staggering $10 million.
The two additional lifelines, "Three Wise Men," when Philbin consults a
panel of three experts, and "Double Dip," which provides the contestant two
chances to answer the question correctly, are exclusive lifelines for the
SUPER MILLIONAIRE specials.
