'DATELINE ON SLEUTH' DEBUTS IN OCTOBER
"America's Top Sleuths" Marks the Arrival of Sleuth's First Original Program
Burbank, CA � September 28, 2006 � "Dateline On Sleuth" premieres Sunday, October 1st at 8pm (ET/PT). From kidnapping and murder to eco-terrorism and grave robbing, these true-life mysteries will keep audiences on the edge of their seats. New episodes will premiere every Sunday at 8pm (ET/PT) with encores Thursdays at 12am (ET) and Fridays at 9pm (ET).
Sleuth's first original production, "America's Top Sleuths," showcases the top sleuths ever created for television and film chosen by the channel's website users. Viewers will enjoy interviews with Bruce Willis, Cybil Shepherd Peter Falk, Telly Savalas, Stephen J. Cannell, Jesse Martin and Eddie Griffin, among many others. "America's Top Sleuths" premieres Friday, October 20th at 9pm, with additional episodes airing at 9:30pm and 11pm, on Saturday, October 21st at 10:30pm and on Sunday, October 22nd at 9pm and 12am (all times ET).

This growth also gives us the ability to begin creating original programming like 'America's Top Sleuth.'"
Sleuth has rounded up the scariest movies for its "Halloween Scare-a-thon" beginning on Monday, October 30th at 7pm (ET) and continuing all day Tuesday, October 31st. Viewers will be held in suspense by "The Frighteners," "Nightmares," "Birds II: Lands End," and "Jolly Roger: Massacre at Cutter's Cove." The "scare-a-thon" also features spooky episodes of audience favorites of "Knight Rider" including "Halloween Knight" and "Fright Knight."
On Saturday, October 7th, beginning at 11am (ET), it's "Murder, We Wrote" on Sleuth when we feature an all-day marathon of mystery writers and journalists, including special episodes of "Simon & Simon," "Deadline," and films "The Man Who Wouldn't Die" and "Coopersmith: Sweet Scent of Murder."
Not all trips to the wine country are pleasant. Beginning at 8pm (ET) on Monday, October 9th, Sleuth is featuring movies and episodes set in wine regions around the world, including: "The Champagne Murders," "Simon & Simon" and "Knight Rider."
Beginning in October, Sleuth's programming layout will be changing. Notable changes include "Knight Rider," "The A-Team" and "Simon & Simon" stacks in the morning, Sleuth Matinee Movie moves to 12pm (ET, Mon - Fri), "Miami Vice" airs everyday at 7pm (ET/PT), primetime movies begin at 8pm (ET/PT, Mon-Fri) and "LA Dragnet" strip added Monday through Friday at 6pm (ET) and 11pm (PT).
Notable weekend changes include Sleuth Weekend Double Features added 12pm (ET) Saturday and 3pm (ET) Sunday and "Dateline on Sleuth" added Sundays at 8pm (ET/PT).
Sleuth Weekend Stakeout movies now air on Friday at 11pm (ET) and Saturday at 8pm (ET).
Sleuth "Murder Mondays" (at 9pm and 12am (ET)) feature "Dead Reckoning," "The Don is Dead," "Thursday," "Curiosity Kills," "Dead in the Water" and "Profile for Murder" during October.
"Action Wednesdays" (at 9pm and 12am ET)) will keep viewers pumped up with "Running Against Time," "Marked for Murder," "The Last Hit," "The Take," "Wild Card," "Stick," "The Public Eye" (1972) and "The Black Windmill."
