NBC UNIVERSAL DOMESTIC TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION HAS RENEWED "THE MARTHA STEWART SHOW" IN MORE THAN 80% OF U.S. FOR THIRD SEASON
Popular "How-To" Series Renewed on More Than Dozen Leading Broadcast Station Groups
New York, NY�January 11, 2007�NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution has renewed popular "How-To" series "The Martha Stewart Show" in more than 80% of the U.S. for its third season in national syndication, it was announced today by Barry Wallach, President, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution and by Sheraton Kalouria, President of Broadcasting for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
"The Martha Stewart Show" has now been renewed for next season on stations representing NBC Universal, CBS, Scripps, Sinclair, Hearst-Argyle, Media General, Gannett, Belo, Allbritton, Fisher, Gray, LIN and Nextstar broadcast groups and more. New stations for season three include KING-TV Seattle, WISN-TV Milwaukee, WLKY-TV Louisville and WOWT-TV Omaha.
It was previously announced that "The Martha Stewart Show" had been renewed on the NBC Owned and Operated stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco and other major markets. Martha Stewart and Mark Burnett are executive producers of "The Martha Stewart Show," which is produced by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.

After debuting in 2005 with one of the highest daytime ratings of the decade, "The Martha Stewart Show" continues to be a strong player in daytime television in its second season in national syndication. In its most recent national ratings, the show scored its best ratings of the season in households, total viewers and in key women's demos (source: Nielsen Media Research week of Dec 18, 2006).
