NBC'S 'APPRENTICE' CANDIDATES TRY TO OUTSELL EACH OTHER AT WORLD FAMOUS THEME PARK UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD ON SUNDAY, MARCH 25 (10-11 P.M. ET)
BURBANK March 21, 2007 Candidates of NBC's "The Apprentice: Los Angeles" put their sales skills to the ultimate test by competing to sell the most tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood on Sunday, March 25 (10-11 p.m. ET).
The competition takes a dramatic turn this week when Trump rocks the boat by forcing one team to send a member to the other team. The consequence of that decision is an all-out war as the two teams scramble to sell annual passes to Universal Studios Hollywood at the entrance to the world famous theme park. It's the first time this season that the teams have competed on the same turf right next to each other, so both sides are more determined than ever to win.
Later, the losers turn on each other in the boardroom, while the winners take to the skies above Los Angeles. Ivanka Trump will observe the execution of the task this week and serve as boardroom advisor to her father.
"The Apprentice: Los Angeles" is produced by Mark Burnett Productions in association with Trump Productions LLC. Mark Burnett, Donald J. Trump and Jay Bienstock are executive producers. Conrad Riggs, Page Feldman and James Canniffe are co-executive producers.
Universal Studios Hollywood, The Entertainment Capital of L.A., includes a full-day, movie-based theme park and Studio Tour, the CityWalk entertainment, shopping and dining complex, the Universal Cinemas and the Gibson Amphitheatre concert and special event venue. The theme park features such groundbreaking attractions as "Revenge of the Mummy-The Ride," "Shrek 4-D," "Jurassic Park-The Ride" and the world-renowned Studio Tour, which takes guests behind-the-scenes of such landmark TV and movie locations and sets as Steven Spielberg's "War of the Worlds." CityWalk features 65 entertainment-themed restaurants, nightclubs, shops and dynamic entertainment options. The Universal Cinemas, which includes California's largest IMAX venue, features the best movie-going experience in Los Angeles.
