THE BAD GIRLS CLUB (Oxygen) - The cable channel has renewed the series for a second season of 22 episodes as well as ordered six episodes of a spin-off entitled "Bad Girls Road Trip." The Bunim-Murray Productions-based series, which wraps its freshman run on May 1, currently ranks as the most-watched original series in Oxygen's history. As for the spin-off, it's understood "Trip" will feature season one housemates Leslie, Aimee and Zara as they meet each other's friends and family, visit the other "bad girls" in their hometowns and help select participants for the next season of the show at casting events in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston and Nashville. Production is set to begin shortly for a June premiere.
HOUSE (FOX) - Co-executive producer Thomas L. Moran has signed a two-year, seven-figure overall deal with producer NBC Universal Television. The pact will cover his duties on the medical drama as well as promote him to executive producer next season, where he'll serve alongside David Shore, Paul Attanasio, Katie Jacobs, Bryan Singer, Daniel Sackheim, Garrett Lerner and Russel Friend.
M.I.L.F. & COOKIES (The CW) - The netlet has postponed production on the comedy pilot, about a group of mostly divorced mothers who live in a large apartment complex as told from the point of view of a security guard who patrols the area.
