America's Most Wanted to Reveal FBI's Latest "Top Ten" Fugitive
TV Show That's Helped Take Down 15 Top-Tenners Ready to Do It Again
This Saturday night's broadcast of America's Most Wanted (Saturday, June 2, 9 p.m. ET/PT, 8 p.m. CT) on FOX will include a special announcement: the name of the latest fugitive to be added to the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted List."
The announcement is a continuation of the close partnership AMW has had with the FBI since the program premiered on FOX in February 1988. The first episode profiled Top Ten fugitive David James Roberts, a convicted killer, kidnapper, arsonist and rapist who had escaped from prison. Tips to the AMW Hotline gave investigators the information they needed to take him down, making him AMW's first capture. Since then, AMW and its viewers have helped take a total of 15 names off the Bureau's list of the worst-of-the-worst, including pedophile Eric Rosser and thrill-killer Tony Amati.
America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back is produced by STF Productions, Inc. Lance Heflin is Executive Producer.
