The Network Announces New Airdates for THE 5IVE and THE BLACK CARPET
NEW YORK, July 16 -- BET NETWORKS adds heat to the
programming lineup with new timeslots for THE 5IVE and THE BLACK CARPET.
Starting Tuesday, July 17th, THE 5IVE moves to afternoons at 1 p.m. ET/PT
and on Thursday, July 19th, THE BLACK CARPET moves to 8 p.m. ET/PT bringing
viewers the latest in pop culture and celebrity news.
Daytimes on BET just got hotter with the new addition of The 5IVE to
the afternoon lineup. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1 p.m.
ET/PT, THE 5IVE keeps viewers caught up and in the know of the latest
happenings in the world by providing 1 through 5 of the most talked about
and desired people, places, events, gadgets, and websites ... you name it!
Ranging from must-haves like the new blue tooth virtual laser keyboard to
the environmentally charged call to go green, THE 5IVE's effervescent host,
Alesha Renee', has the afternoons completely covered.
Adding sizzle to BET's evening schedule is THE BLACK CARPET every
Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT with "journalist to the stars" Toure' and one of
BET's newest IT Girls, Danella, delivering the latest entertainment news
and high profile lifestyles. THE BLACK CARPET, the network's entertainment
magazine show gives viewers an extensive look into the world of urban
glitterati, making its way inside some of the most exclusive events to
