HALLMARK CHANNEL'S HENRY SCHLEIFF FEATURED IN TWO NEW "WATCH WITH ME" SPOTS TO AIR OCT. 23 AND 29
Spots Lead Into "You've Got a Friend" and "The Reading Room"
Joining the list of celebrities who are appearing in support of Hallmark Channel's "Watch With Me" campaign the network's public affairs initiative aimed to encourage family co-viewing and families spending more time together -- is the channel's own President and CEO, Henry Schleiff, who is featured in two new on-air spots.
Schleiff will be seen in two brief segments introducing two popular movies which have been designated "Watch With Me" events: "You've Got a Friend," airing Tuesday, October 23 (9-11 p.m., ET/PT) and "The Reading Room," airing Monday, October 29 (9-11 p.m., ET/PT). These spots will also air prior to future "Watch With Me" events.
The first of Schleiff's spots highlights that he is speaking not only in his capacity as a network executive but, even more importantly, as a parent of two teenage boys, about the need for quality programming that can be comfortably watched with family members like the series and movies on Hallmark Channel.
The second Schleiff spot highlights Hallmark Channel's strong ties to its Kansas City-based parent, Hallmark Cards, and to its own rich history of family values.
