FOLLOW THE TRAINERS OF BRAVO'S HIT SERIES "WORK OUT" OUTSIDE THE GYM IN THE ORIGINAL SPECIAL "WORK OUT: TRAINER'S DAY OFF,"
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24 AT 9:30 PM ET/PT
October 17, 2007 Bravo presents "Work Out: Trainer's Day Off," an original special featuring day-in-the-life documentaries of "Work Out" trainers Jesse Brune, Gregg Butler, Rebecca Cardon, Zen Gray, Erika Jacobson, Brian Peeler and Jackie Warner, owner & managing director of Sky Sport and Spa. Hosted by Bravo programming executive and "Watch What Happens" host Andy Cohen, the half-hour special premieres Wednesday, October 24 at 9:30 PM ET/PT.
The special will go beyond the gym walls to find out what the trainers do when they are not sweating it out at work - from Zen's burgeoning comedy career, to Rebecca's sushi making adventure, to Erika's scuba lessons. Sure, there is plenty of drama in the gym, but what makes these trainers tick after hours?
