The new season returns with Danity Kane whose new album "Welcome to the Dollhouse" is on track to capture the top spot on the Billboard charts, Day26 whose album drops today, and solo artists Donnie Klang�all in brand new episodes set to air Summer �08.
The new season will chronicle the journey of rising stars Day26, Donnie Klang and platinum artists Danity Kane as they travel across the country on an exciting promotional tour. And to keep them on their toes, Diddy will also be joining them on the tour. Viewers will see Day26 and Donnie Klang as they go on their first promo tour and experience what life is really like on the road and being away from their friends and families. Fans will continue to see the relationships with the guys and girls develop as they experience the joys and pains of being on the road.
At this Sunday's "Making The Band 4, Season 2" finale, the unstoppable media mogul Diddy, wowed fans with his surprise announcement of a new season that promises to be bigger and better than ever! Danity Kane, Day26 and Donnie Klang brought down the house with unforgettable performances and material from their new albums. Danity Kane's show-stopping rendition of their hit single "Damaged" made their fans go wild, Day26 gained even more fans when they sang their first single "Got Me Going" and their ballad "Since You Been Gone" for the first time, the ladies swooned when Donnie finally performed his first single "Take You There" proving that he's earned his title as a solo artist. The night culminated with the �Making The Band 4" cast opening up to their fans as they dish the dirt on all the drama that happened both on and off camera this season.
The full season of MTV's "Making The Band 4, Season 2"ranked #1 in its time period (Mon/10-11pm) among F12-34 across all cable and has reached over 55 million total viewers (P2+). The full season of "Making the Band 4" has averaged a 2.2 P12-34 rating, up 8% versus last season. Since the season 2 premiere "Making The Band 4" has consistently ranked as one of the top shows on MTV.com, delivering over 9 million streams and attracting nearly 2.5 million visits to the Making The Band 4 show area.
