"AMERICA'S MOST WANTED" CASTS NATIONWIDE NET TO CAPTURE 50 FUGITIVES FROM 50 STATES SATURDAY, APRIL 19, ON FOX
Since premiering in 1988, AMERICA'S MOST WANTED and its viewers have put nearly 1,000 dangerous fugitives behind bars. Now, television's groundbreaking crime-fighting show will launch a nationwide manhunt that will profile a crime suspect from every state in the nation Saturday, April 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The "50 States, 50 Fugitives" episode will send a message to fugitives across the countryfrom a prison escapee in Alabama to an accused killer on the run in Wyoming that there's no place they can hide.
Host John Walsh will coordinate the national manhunt from the AMW Crime Center and correspondents positioned around the country will report from various locations including San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Nashville and the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona.
As viewer tips flow into the AMW hotline, the U.S. Marshals Service will have fugitive task forces around the country on alert and in position to move into action immediately. In addition, AMW's website (www.amw.com) will feature an interactive U.S. map profiling each state's fugitive.
AMERICA'S MOST WANTED: AMERICA FIGHTS BACK airs Saturdays (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. AMW is produced by STF Productions, Inc. Lance Heflin is Executive Producer.
