The SCI FI Channel Receives Prestigious BDA World Gold Judges' Award and 22 Awards
USA Network captured 16 and Bravo garnered 12 PROMAX/BDA wins.
BURBANK � June 27, 2008 � The combined NBC Universal companies and programming divisions tallied an impressive 123 total awards from PROMAX/BDA (Broadcast Design Awards) -- paced by 31 from The NBC Agency and a prestigious BDA World Gold Judges' Choice Award given to SCI FI -- in ceremonies that were conducted last week at the PROMAX and BDA International Conference in New York City. Additionally, the next highest individual channel totals for NBC Universal came from SCI FI Channel, which earned 22, while USA Network captured 16 and Bravo garnered 12 PROMAX/BDA wins.
The awards represent the world's premier association of promotion, marketing and design professionals in electronic media.
