NASHVILLE � July 17, 2008 � CMT One Country and Tyson Foods, Inc. have teamed up to donate a heapin' helping of fried chicken to America's Second Harvest to celebrate an all-new season of the popular CMT series, COUNTRY FRIED HOME VIDEOS, it was announced today by Lucia Folk, director of public affairs, CMT and Ed Nicholson, director of community relations, Tyson Foods, Inc. Beginning in July, CMT One Country and Tyson will donate one pound of fried chicken to America's Second Harvest for every person that visits www.CMTONECOUNTRY.com and clicks on the "donation box" over the course of the 12-week series. COUNTRY FRIED HOME VIDEOS, hosted by Bill Engvall, airs Fridays at 9:00-9:30 p.m., ET/PT, on CMT.
"This is an exciting opportunity to create awareness for the issue of hunger with a national family audience," stated Nicholson. "At Tyson Foods, we have a great partnership with America's Second Harvest, and are grateful to CMT for allowing us the opportunity to give back in this way."

CMT One Country and Tyson will donate up to 10,000 lbs of chicken each week, up to 120,000 pounds total. The giveaway will be promoted during the weekly premiere of COUNTRY FRIED HOME VIDEOS, encouraging viewers to make a difference and learn more about America's Second Harvest. Tyson will also promote the campaign on its website hungerrelief.tyson.com.
Now in its fourth season on CMT, COUNTRY FRIED HOME VIDEOS, hosted by Bill Engvall, is the series that shows what everyday Americans do for fun and 15 seconds of fame with viewer-generated video moments that run the gamut of insane stunts in each 30-minute episode. At end of each episode, one video is awarded Engvall's infamous "Here's Your Sign" cash prize. COUNTRY FRIED HOME VIDEOS originally aired on CMT as a half-hour special in March 2006 and debuted as a series in June 2006.
