ANGIE'S ALLIANCE FALLS APART WHEN THE "BIG BROTHER 10" HOUSEGUESTS VOTE HER OUT OF THE GAME
Viewer Votes Are In: "America's Player" Revealed
After being nominated for eviction by Head of Household Keesha, Angie was the third Houseguest evicted last night from the BIG BROTHER 10 house by a unanimous vote of 8 to 0. On Sunday, Jessie and Angie were nominated for eviction. On Tuesday, Keesha won the Power of Veto competition becoming the first Houseguest this season to win both HOH and Power of Veto. She chose not to use the veto, keeping her two original nominees on the block.
During last night's live broadcast, Angie, a 29-year-old pharmaceutical sales representative from Orlando, Fla., learned her fate and left the House. After leaving BIG BROTHER 10, Angie was interviewed by Julie Chen about her experience.
After last night's eviction, the Houseguests competed for Head of Household in an endurance competition called "Livin' on the Edge." The backyard was filled with a city skyline and a high-rise building. The Houseguests were placed on top of a window ledge, where they grabbed hold of a pipe for support and attempted to withstand the alternating high winds and earthquakes which struck the building. The Houseguest who was able to remain on the ledge for the longest period of time and was named the new Head of Household will be announced in Sunday's show.
Also revealed during last night's episode was a twist for this season - bringing back the popular "America's Player" segment that debuted in BIG BROTHER 8. Viewers had the opportunity to vote to decide which current Houseguest would be given the chance to be the new "America's Player." The winner of America's vote was Dan who had the choice to accept the position or turn it down. He accepted the challenge and will have the opportunity to win a total of $20,000 by making moves that are both personal and strategic, from getting certain Houseguests nominated for eviction to convincing their fellow Houseguests to vote for who America wants out of the house. Most importantly, he can never tell anyone in the house that he is working on behalf of viewers. Dan needs to be careful...because, just like his fellow Houseguests, he can be voted out at any time. To give Dan "America's Player" instructions, viewers can vote on cbs.com or via text messaging from their mobile phone.
