Off the Fence Secures 220-Hour Distribution Deal With Rainbow Media's WE tv Network

Off the Fence announced today that it has secured an exclusive distribution deal with WE tv, the US women's network that reaches nearly 72 million US households and is part of Rainbow Media Holdings LLC.

The deal will see Off the Fence distributing 220 hours of television and video content around the world (outside the US) including original programmes made specifically for WE tv including documentaries such as Secret Lives of Women (58x44'), in which women reveal their deepest, darkest secrets; and Little Miss Perfect (6x44), a pageantry series that focuses on twelve young girls' quest for the "Little Miss Perfect" crown. WE tv also offers transformative programming such as its latest hit series The Locator (10x22'), which reunites lost family members and friends. WE tv has become the US destination for all thing bridal with hit series such as Platinum Weddings (76x22'), a production that enters the world of US $500.000 plus weddings, Amazing Wedding Cakes (6x22'), in which cake masters design elaborate, delicious creations; and My Fair Wedding (6x44') starring celebrity party planner David Tutera who rescues weddings headed for disaster and turns them into spectacular affairs.

WE tv is a popular content destination for progressive women looking to satisfy their curiosity with fascinating original stories that entertain, inform and give women something to talk about. It's available on cable, satellite, and online (www.wetv.com) and much of the programming is available in HD.

Ellen Windemuth, Managing Director, Off the Fence says: "WE tv has an excellent reputation for their original entertainment programming. We look forward to furthering their success and building their brand value in the international market. This deal allows us to broaden our catalogue and present a compelling slate which now offers not only top-quality factual programming but also well-produced lifestyle and entertainment."

Theresa Patiri, vice president of production management and operations for WE tv adds "The network is continually looking to grow its brand internationally and we believe this new agreement with Off the Fence will directly support that effort. We anticipate this programming will be as appealing to a large demographic of women outside of the U.S. as each of our original series offer fascinating original stories that entertain, inform and give women something to talk about."
