LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- HBO and Showtime have confirmed a handful of premieres and finales for the coming months.
On the former, the pay channel has booked finale dates for its Sunday originals "Little Britain USA" (November 2), "True Blood" (November 23), "Entourage" (November 23) and "The Life & Times of Tim" (November 30).
Assuming the 10:30/9:30c slot on November 9 is the New Zealand import "Summer Heights High" while the four-part mini-series "House of Saddam" (formerly known as "Between Two Rivers") is set to roll out on Sunday, December 7 (parts one and two) and Sunday, December 14 (parts three and four).
Meanwhile over on Showtime, season three of "Brotherhood" will kick off on Sunday, November 2 at 8:00/7:00c leading into current efforts "Dexter" at 9:00/8:00c and "Californication" at 10:00/9:00c.
And finally, "The L Word's" swan song is set to begin on Sunday, January 18 at 9:00/8:00c followed by the premieres of the Toni Collette-led newcomer "The United States of Tara" at 10:00/9:00c and season two of "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" at 10:30/9:30c.
