Oxygen Media Names Bryan Hale Vice President of Original Programming and Development
Hale previously served as Vice President of Development, West Coast for True Entertainment in Los Angeles.

OXYGEN MEDIA NAMES BRYAN HALE VICE PRESIDENT OF ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING AND DEVELOPMENT

New York, NY � March 11, 2009 � Oxygen Media named Bryan Hale as Vice President of Original Programming and Development. The announcement was made by Amy Introcaso-Davis, Senior Vice President, Original Programming and Development, to whom he will report. The appointment is effective immediately.

In this new role, Hale, will supervise the networks development on both coasts and identify concepts and talent that will appeal to Oxygen's "Gen O" audience.

"Bryan has a keen eye for talent and breakout concepts," said Introcaso-Davis. "We are thrilled he has decided to join us to further develop the 'Live Out Loud!' brand"

Prior to Hale's appointment, he served as Vice President of Development, West Coast for True Entertainment (an Endemol Company) in Los Angeles. During his tenure there he worked with the Endemol International creative executives in exploring foreign series formats, generating show ideas and increasing True Entertainment's presence on the west coast. Some projects Hale developed and produced are, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" (Bravo); "Wreakreation Nation" (Discovery) and "Battle of the Bods" (Fox Reality Channel).

Hale also worked for Evolution Film and Tape Inc. as the Vice President of Development. There he worked to create, develop and pitch new series to various networks and oversaw the development staff during each new project. At Evolution he developed and produced shows such as "Yo Momma" (MTV), "Fear Factor" (NBC) and "Big Brother" (CBS). Hale began his career at the William Morris agency working in the syndication and cable department.

Hale received his BA in U.S. History at the University of California, Davis. He resides in Santa Monica, CA.
